Life on Majorca contrasts in a special and charming way from life in other parts of Europe. The history and the climate have influenced the towns and villages and their inhabitants strongly and brought about a specific building tradition. These particular and valuable characteristics are often not immediately recognisable from the outside, but rather constitute the experience of the individual buildings.

It is our specific and self chosen challenge to ascertain and conserve these values in each individual case should it be:
