The retired owners of a terraced bungalow built in the 60’s, wanted the house in which they had lived since their sons were small children, to be converted into living space that was better suited to their current situation.
The pair travelled frequently and the sons who now lived and studied abroad visited only occasionally with their family or partners.
It was the owner’s wish that a separate studio flat be built for the use of future support personnel and that the house be prepared for wheelchair use.
